Elmer Lewis Laws, Jr., 75, of Little Rock, Arkansas departed this life October 15, 2025. He’s preceded in death by his parents: Elmo Lewis, Sr., Sela Mae Thomas, siblings: Darlene Delph, Shiela Whitehead, James Anthony Martin, Thomas Delph; step grandchildren: Alicia and Jalen Loney.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife: Tina Laws; stepchildren: Nitita Gaddie, LaTarsha Lytle, Valencia White, Bralen White, Branten Smith; brother: Walter Faulkner, 7 step grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends.
