Louis E. Shells, 89, of Little Rock, Arkansas departed this life September 8, 2025. He is preceded in death by his parents: Willie Lee Shells, Sr. and Susie Heard Shells; five sisters and seven brothers.
He leaves to cherish his memory his two sisters Joyce Hill and Margaret Hinton both of Little Rock, Arkansas, a host of nephews, nieces and friends.
