He leaves to cherish his memory with: Spouse, Tetricia Starks; Children, Andrayia Starks and Sha’dralla Starks; Parents, Lavoris Starks and Donald Ray Foster Sr.; Siblings, Donald Ray Foster Jr., Brandon Foster, Brian Jones and Dimitri Davidson; a host of family and friends who will miss him dearly.
