Calvin Dewayne Owens, “Jabo” to family and “Bread” to close friends, 67, of North Little Rock, Arkansas departed this life May 5, 2026.

He’s preceded in death by his parents: Theodist Owens, Sr and Modener Owens; siblings: Charles Edward Owens and Lisa Lynette Owens.

He leaves to cherish his memories, one brother, Theodist Owens, Jr. of North Little Rock, AR; two sisters, Marilyn Owens of North Little Rock, AR, and Belinda Darlene Owens of Texas, Fiance’ Tracy Tolbert; one Uncle Jimmy Lee Turner of Los Angeles, CA; two Aunts, Helen Ayers of Jacksonville, AR, Verta Lee Stone of Oakland, CA, several nieces and nephews; many great nieces and nephews and a host of family and friends.
