Walter Edward Hatchett, 90, of LR, AR, departed this life September 15, 2025. He is preceded in death by his Brothers, Hollie Hatchett, Walace Hatchett, Hairim Hatchett, Freddie Hatchett, and James Hatchett; Sisters, Dorothy Budd and Bertha Smith; Parents, Thaddeaus Hatchett and Ida Hatchett.

Walter, known as “Mickey”, was a Mason and apart of the well known group, “The Silver Stars Quartet Singers”. He rededicated his life to Christ in his early sixties, and re-established his relationship with Christ. Walter loved all of his sugar babies: Daisy, Sharon, Karen and Pam.

He played a major part in the lives of the grandchildren: Natawnie Ware, Aaron Jones, Tichina Ware and Zachaeus Ware. Special thanks to Mr. Fred Floyd, The Pattersons and Mr. George Lester.

He leaves to cherish his memories with his Wife, Daisy Mae Hatchett; Children, Sharon Renae Hatchett, Karen Ann Hatchett, Pamela Rochelle Hatchett, and Bridgett Hatchett; Three Grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
