Mark Young, 53, a recent resident of Little Rock, Arkansas departed this life June 10, 2026.

Mark was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois.

He’s preceded in death by his Parents: Pryor Young and Dorothy Ann Willis.

Mark loved music, he was a DJ. He loved comic books and collecting action figures. He became an Israelite and a Deacon. He will be forever remembered for his smile, his love of the Lord and love for others.

Mark leaves to cherish his memory his brothers: Caesar Merkson, Victor Young, Perry Young; sister: Yedda Matthews; nieces: Danielle Matthews-Johnson, Dominique Matthews, Aisha Young; great nephew: Adonis Johnson; great niece: Melanie Johnson; aunt: Rentha Wallace; uncle: Clarence Willis, Jr., a host of cousins and friends.
