He leaves to cherish his memory his wife: Daphne Carter; children: Dekashun Lowe and Cliffany Carter; siblings: Barbara Stewart, Vanessa Lowe, Joanne Austin; grandchildren: Tashunna Lowe, Anaiya Lowe, Destiny Lowe, great grandchildren: Tyshun Chambers, Myles Gatewood, McKenzie Foster, a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
