Emma Lee “Penny” Nowden, 73, of LR, AR, departed this life October 28, 2025. She is preceded in death by: Parents, Lucky Nowden Sr. and Marie Nowden. She leaves to cherish her memories with: Children, Latonia Nowden, Lea Andrea Maxwell, and Leshon Nowden. Siblings, Hamp Nowden, Tina Pollens, Geraldine Ballard and Lucky Nowden Jr.; Six grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
