Tyrone “Dirty Redd “ Poindexter was born April 20, 1971 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Merlean Elliott and Claude Robertson. He departed life on April 1, 2025.
Tyrone attended Parkview High School where he graduated and he went on the receive his Associate Degree from University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
He was preceded in death by his father Claude Robertson, two brothers Dewane Holiday and James Elliott, one sister Beatrice Worsham and his maternal grandmother Susie Poindexter.
He leaves to mourn his mother Merlean Poindxter (James) of Little Rock, Arkansas four sons, Lincoln Poindexter, Lennox Poindexter, Bryson Poindexter all of Houston, Texas and Braylan Poindexter of Orlando, Florida , one daughter Danielle Poindexter of Little Rock Arkansas, two grandchildren Jacoby Whitley and Imani Whitley, three brothers Jimmy (Trina) Elliott of Little Rock, Arkansas, Bobby Holliday of Searcy, Arkansas, Kevin Tilman of Little Rock, Arkansas, one sister Lisa Holliday of Little Rock, Arkansas and a very special niece Adre’Anne Walker of Little Rock, AR and host of other family, friends and loved ones.
